Activate your 6ammart licence
What this page is for. Your shop is installed, you can sign in, and every admin page bounces you back to an activation form. That is almost always activation, not a broken install — and the panel completes it for you.
Why this happens
6ammart checks its CodeCanyon licence with its author before it will show any admin page. Until that check passes, signing in works and then every admin page refuses. Nothing is wrong with your server, your database or your code.
Some builds do not carry that check at all. On those the panel says activation is not applicable, and there is nothing for you to do — that answer is correct, not a failure.
What you need
- Your CodeCanyon username.
- Your purchase code for 6ammart. In Envato: Downloads → this item → Licence certificate & purchase code. It is 36 characters, in the shape
19xxxxxx-ca5c-49c2-83f6-696a738b0000. It is not your password and not the licence certificate file.
Activate it
- Open the project, then Deploys.
- The activation card tells you where you stand before you type anything: whether this codebase checks activation at all, whether it is already activated, and whether the panel is already holding a code for it.
- Fill in your username and purchase code, and press Activate.
Only the owner of this server can do this. A shared or developer login cannot.
The panel never shows the code back to you, not even to you. It keeps a copy so a later deploy, an update or a rollback does not send you back to Envato, and the Use the code saved on this server button re-runs the activation from it. You can tell the panel to forget its copy at any time; that removes the panel's stored code and does not deactivate your shop.
The customer website is a separate licence
The React storefront is its own CodeCanyon item with its own purchase code. Until it is activated, the admin panel answers the storefront's landing-page request with "Please check activation for react web", so the site loads and shows nothing. The panel raises that as its own card on the Deploys page once the website is deployed, and it takes the same two fields.
How to check it worked
Open the shop's admin panel. The pages that bounced you should answer normally. Server → Health carries a CodeCanyon activation row too, so you can confirm it without leaving the panel — and that row also warns you if your admin panel is only opening because the licence check has been switched off in the app's settings file, which is a shop that locks itself the next time its config cache is rebuilt.
If your address changes
Activation is registered to the address you activated. Move the shop to a new domain and 6ammart locks the admin panel the next time it re-checks, about a day later. The panel spots this and says so on the Deploys page: activated, but for a different address than the one it is served from now. Activate again for the new address — nothing on the shop is changed by trying.
If it went wrong
"not applicable" — this build has no activation check that can fail. Nothing to do. If the admin panel is still wrong, the cause is elsewhere: When something is broken.
The code is refused — check you copied the purchase code and not the item id, and that it is the code for 6ammart rather than another item you own. That answer comes back from the author's own licence server, so it is about the code, not about your server.
"could not reach its licence server" — 6ammart has let the install in for now and will try again within a day. If the code or the address is wrong, the admin panel locks itself again when it does.
