- You / Customer — the person or company placing an order.
- Order — a paid request for installation, customization, app submission, maintenance, or Hire Us work.
- Deliverable — what we hand over: code, builds, configs, docs, or submission work.
What we do
We provide installation, customization, app store submission, maintenance, and support for scripts and apps — including CodeCanyon products (6ammart, StackFood, 6Valley, eFood, and others), WordPress, Laravel, Flutter, Next.js, and custom Hire Us builds.
Exact scope is in your order confirmation and dashboard for that project.
How we deliver (AI + automation + humans)
Quality gate
Every customer-facing deliverable is reviewed and signed off by a human engineer before we call it done.
We use AI and automation to move faster (scaffolding, checks, CI). You still get human judgment on architecture, security, and final release.
What you must provide
Your responsibilities
Incomplete or wrong requirements delay delivery. Overdue invoices pause milestone projects.
You agree to:
- Own a legal licence for any third-party script we work on
- Submit accurate requirements (server, domain, branding, gateways, store accounts)
- Review deliveries within the included revision window
- Keep hosting, domain, and store accounts active while we work
- Pay invoices on time for milestone / Hire Us projects
Payment and refunds
Catalog orders: 100% upfront (Stripe or Razorpay). Hire Us: per your written quote.
Details: Payment Policy. Refunds: Refund Policy. India: 18% GST where applicable.
Revisions and changes
Each service includes 2 revision rounds within scope, requested within 14 days of delivery.
After that, new work is quoted as customization. If another developer changes our delivery afterward, our warranty for that scope may end (see Support Policy).
Who owns what
After full payment, you own deliverables we created for your project (builds, configs, docs).
We keep ownership of reusable internal tools, automation, AI prompts, and templates we use across clients. Third-party scripts, fonts, and libraries stay under their licences.
Confidentiality
We treat your non-public information and uploaded secrets (keys, SSH, API credentials) as confidential, limited to engineers on your project. Need an NDA? Email support@allsweb.com before sensitive work.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful projects — malware, spam infrastructure, illegal gambling, or IP infringement. We may refuse or cancel such orders.
Liability limits
Our total liability for a claim is capped at the fees you paid for that service in the last 12 months.
We do not guarantee uptime of third-party scripts, hosting, or app stores outside our managed scope. We are not liable for data loss on your server, store rejections, or payment-provider actions beyond our control.
Ending the relationship
Either side may end by email. Completed milestones stay payable. Unused prepayment is handled per the Refund Policy. Lifetime support already granted may end if you materially breach these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms follow Indian law. We try to resolve disputes via support first; courts at our registered office in India have jurisdiction unless your local consumer law gives you mandatory rights elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. Important changes are emailed at least 7 days before they apply. Continued use after that means acceptance.
