What is an AI agent — how is it different from a chatbot?
A traditional chatbot follows a fixed decision tree. An AI agent uses a large language model that understands intent in natural language, draws on your private knowledge base, and can take real actions — book a meeting, create a ticket, look up an order, qualify a lead — by calling your existing tools through APIs. It is conversational, contextual, and goal-driven.
Which channels do AllsWeb AI agents work on?
WhatsApp Business API, your website chat widget, email auto-reply, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram DMs, voice (inbound + outbound), and inside your own mobile or web app via a drop-in SDK. The same agent brain serves every channel — train once, deploy everywhere.
Do you train the agent on my own data?
Yes. We index your docs, help-center, product catalog, past tickets, PDFs, sheets and websites into a private vector store. The agent retrieves only from your knowledge base (RAG), cites its sources, and refuses to answer outside scope — no hallucinated answers about competitors.
Which LLM do you use under the hood?
We pick the model that fits the job — Claude 4.7, GPT-5 class, Gemini, Llama, or a fine-tuned open-source model on your own GPUs. You stay model-agnostic, so you can swap providers later without rebuilding the agent. We also route easy questions to cheaper models and hard ones to frontier models to keep cost down.
Will it integrate with my CRM, helpdesk and existing tools?
Yes — natively with Stripe, Razorpay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, Notion, Google Sheets, Calendly, Shopify, WooCommerce, Supabase / Postgres, and anything with a REST or GraphQL API. If your tool has no public API, we automate it through n8n / Make / Zapier or a small custom connector.
How do you stop the agent from saying something wrong?
Three guardrails. (1) Retrieval-grounded answers with source citations. (2) Output validators — refusal templates for billing, legal and medical queries we know we should not answer. (3) Human-in-the-loop — anything below a confidence threshold gets escalated to a real agent with the full conversation context attached. Every reply is logged for audit.
Who owns the agent and the data?
You. The agent runs in your cloud accounts (Supabase / Postgres + your chosen LLM provider) or in our hosted environment with a written data-processing agreement. You get the source code, the prompts, the system architecture diagram and the keys. No vendor lock-in.
How fast can you ship the first version?
A focused single-channel agent (e.g. WhatsApp support for one product) ships in 5–10 working days. Multi-channel agents with CRM integration and human-handover typically ship in 2–4 weeks. We deliver in slices — your first agent goes live before we add the next channel.
How is it priced?
A one-time build fee from $300 (custom solution floor) plus monthly hosting + LLM token usage at cost. Larger deployments — multi-language, multi-tenant, voice — are quoted per scope. There is no per-conversation markup; you pay the model provider directly.
Can the agent speak my customers’ language?
Yes. Most modern LLMs handle 50+ languages natively, including Hindi, Hinglish, Spanish, Arabic, French, Portuguese, Bahasa, Vietnamese and Mandarin. The same agent detects the visitor language and replies in it.
