- Can you build just an MVP first?
- Yes — and we usually recommend it. We scope a tight first version that proves the core idea with real users, then build on it once you have learned what matters. You are never forced into a big-bang build.
- Do I own the code and infrastructure?
- Completely. On handover you get the full source code, the repository, and deployment access under your own accounts. There is no lock-in and no proprietary platform you are stuck on.
- How do you handle payments and subscriptions?
- We integrate Stripe or Razorpay with proper webhook handling, plan limits, upgrades, downgrades and refunds. Card data goes through the provider hosted checkout, so you stay out of PCI scope.
- Can you take over an existing codebase?
- Often, yes. We review the current code, give you an honest assessment of its state, and either extend it or recommend a rebuild if that is genuinely the better investment.
- What about maintenance after launch?
- Every quote includes two revision rounds. Beyond that, we offer ongoing maintenance and feature work — a dedicated engineer, monitoring and proactive fixes — as a separate plan.
