What is cPanel?
cPanel is the control panel for your hosting account. You use it to upload files, create email accounts, manage databases, install apps and see visitor statistics. With AllsWeb you open it in one click from your dashboard.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Enter it when you choose a plan, then point it at your hosting. Your dashboard shows the nameservers and IP address to use. You can also register a new domain in the same order.
How does the free domain work?
Plans that include a free domain say so on the plan card, with the extensions and billing terms that qualify. Register the domain in the same order as the hosting and the first year of the domain is free. After that it renews at the normal price for its extension.
Is email included?
Yes. Plans include email accounts on your own domain, and each plan lists how many. Use webmail in your browser or connect any mail app on your phone or computer.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade from your dashboard at any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your current term. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
Are my files backed up?
Each plan lists the backups it includes. You can also create and download a full backup of your website from cPanel whenever you like.
How does billing work?
You pay up front for the term you choose, from one month up to three years depending on the plan. About a week before the term ends we send a renewal invoice, which you can pay from your AllsWeb wallet or by card. Customers in India pay in INR.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes. Talk to our team and we'll help you move files, databases and email from your current host. For a completely hands-off move, our engineers can do it for you as a separate service.
