Acceptable Usage Policy

This Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) applies to everyone who uses allsweb.com, orders our services, or uses anything we deliver or host.

It works alongside our Terms and Conditions. When you order a service, you accept this policy too.

When you use AllsWeb, you agree to:

• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes
• Give accurate account, billing and project information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share access you should not
• Hold a valid licence for every third-party script, plugin, theme or asset we work on
• Have permission for any system, account or data you ask us to access

You must not use our website, services or deliverables to create, host or support:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes copyright or trademarks you do not own
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, or tools made to attack or break into systems
• Phishing, scams, fraud, or fake and impersonating websites
• Spam, or bulk unsolicited email and messaging infrastructure
• Content that exploits or endangers children
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content inciting violence
• Illegal gambling, illegal drugs, or other clearly unlawful trade

You must not:

• Attempt to break, overload or disrupt our website, servers, or other customers
• Access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access
• Probe or scan our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without written permission
• Resell, sublicense or pass off our internal tools and automation as your own
• Send unsolicited bulk traffic, or mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure without agreement

We work with marketplace scripts (such as CodeCanyon and ThemeForest products), open-source code, and your own code. You are responsible for holding the correct licence for each one.

If we find that a script is pirated or unlicensed, we pause the work and ask for proof. We cannot deliver work built on stolen software.

Where we host a website or manage a server for you, including upcoming AllsWeb hosting, you must not use it to:

• Run any of the prohibited content or activities listed above
• Consume resources in a way that harms other customers on shared infrastructure
• Send spam, or host open mail relays or open proxies

We may apply fair-use limits and ask you to upgrade if a project outgrows its plan.

Our cyber security service tests only systems you own or are clearly authorised to test. We confirm scope and written permission before any assessment.

Do not ask us to test, access or attack a system you do not control.

If you believe a site, account or project connected to AllsWeb is breaking this policy, tell us. Email support@allsweb.com with the details and any evidence — we review every genuine report.

If you break this policy we may, depending on the situation: ask you to fix it, remove the content, suspend or limit your access, or cancel the order.

For serious or illegal activity we may act immediately and without notice, keep relevant records, and cooperate with law enforcement. Orders cancelled for an AUP breach are not refunded.

We may update this Acceptable Usage Policy as our services grow. Significant changes are noted with a new effective date. Continuing to use AllsWeb after a change means you accept the updated policy.
