Scope
What lifetime support does & doesn't cover.
Honest scope so there are no surprises. Anything outside this is a customization or maintenance plan.
Covered, free, forever
- Anything we installed, customized or submitted breaking unexpectedly
- Environment troubleshooting on hosting we configured
- Small UI / config tweaks under 30 minutes of work
- Re-deploying your build after a server move
- Help re-publishing a store listing we previously shipped
Outside support — quoted separately
- New features or scope additions (these are customizations — quoted separately)
- Bugs introduced by third-party developers modifying our code
- CodeCanyon upstream version upgrades (use the Update service)
- Server downtime caused by hosting providers we did not configure
How third-party script bugs are handled: these are third-party scripts, so a few things stay outside our control. Minor script errors we fix ourselves at no charge. For a major bug in the upstream script code itself, we report it to the script author — and that fix timeline depends on their response. Everything in our own installation, configuration and customization stays covered free, for life.
