Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern the AllsWeb affiliate program. The program is launching soon — by joining the waitlist and later completing an affiliate application, you agree to these terms.

They work alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Usage Policy.

The program is open to individuals and businesses — freelancers, agencies, creators and existing customers.

You must:

• Be able to form a legal contract in your country
• Provide accurate identity, contact and payout details
• Have your own audience, website or network to refer from
• Follow these terms and our Acceptable Usage Policy at all times

We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

When you join, you get a unique referral link and code. A referral is attributed to you when someone uses your link or code and we record it.

Attribution uses a 90-day window (subject to confirmation at launch). When a referred customer places their first order within that window, the order is credited to you.

Commission is a percentage of the order value of a valid referred order, and can increase with your affiliate tier.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding taxes, gateway fees, refunds and chargebacks. It is approved only after the order is fully paid and past any refund window.

Approved earnings are paid monthly, once your balance passes the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard.

You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income. Payouts use the method you select; if payout details are wrong, payment may be delayed until you correct them.

You must not:

• Send spam — unsolicited email, messages or comments
• Bid on AllsWeb brand keywords, or run ads that imitate AllsWeb
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fake traffic
• Make false or misleading claims about AllsWeb, our pricing or results
• Refer your own orders, or orders for accounts you control (self-referral)
• Offer unauthorised cashback or rebates in our name
• Promote AllsWeb on sites with illegal or prohibited content

A referral is invalid when the order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, fraudulent, a self-referral, or generated through a banned promotion method.

We may withhold or reverse commission for invalid referrals, including after a payout, and deduct it from future earnings.

You may describe yourself as an AllsWeb affiliate and use the approved banners and copy from your dashboard.

You may not claim to be AllsWeb, an employee, or an official partner; register domains, social handles or app names containing our brand; or alter our logo and assets.

You may leave the program at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for breaching these terms, our Acceptable Usage Policy, or for fraud.

On termination for a breach, unpaid and invalid commissions may be cancelled. Your relationship with AllsWeb is that of an independent contractor — these terms do not create employment, partnership or agency.

We may update commission rates, tiers, the attribution window, thresholds, or these terms as the program develops. Material changes are published here with a new effective date. Continuing as an affiliate after a change means you accept it.
