- Will the AI make things up?
- We build with retrieval and tool use, so answers come from your real documents and systems — not guesswork. Critical or irreversible actions always pass through a human approval step, and an evaluation suite measures accuracy before anything goes live.
- Which AI models do you use?
- Whatever fits the job and your budget — Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, or open-source models you can self-host for privacy. We are not tied to one vendor and recommend the most cost-effective option for your workload.
- Do you work with my existing tools?
- Yes. If a tool has an API or webhook — Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, your CRM, sheets, a database — we can connect to it. For tools without an API, we discuss the options up front.
- Who owns the automation and the data?
- You do. We hand over the code, configuration and accounts. Your data stays in your systems, we never resell it, and self-hosted models are an option when data cannot leave your infrastructure.
- What does it cost to run?
- Two parts: our one-time build (quoted, from a $300 minimum) and ongoing model or API usage, which you pay the providers directly. We add cost monitoring and usage caps so running costs never surprise you.
