Demandium is an on-demand multi-provider services marketplace in Laravel + Flutter. Customers book services — home cleaning, beauty, electrical repair, plumbing, handyman work, salon-at-home, fitness training, pet care — while independent service providers accept jobs and dispatch their servicemen to carry them out.

It is the model behind Urban Company (UrbanClap), TaskRabbit, Helpling and Thumbtack. One platform; many service categories; transparent pricing; rated providers.

Frequently asked questions

Does Demandium support cash on delivery?

Yes. Each category and each provider can be configured to accept online payments (Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal) or cash on service completion, or both.

Can I run Demandium for B2B services (e.g. office cleaning, AMC contracts)?

Out of the box, the booking model is per-job. B2B contracts (annual maintenance, multiple visits) are a common customisation we handle separately.

How is commission calculated?

Set per subscription plan or per provider. The admin records the payable; you payout sellers manually or via scheduled bulk payouts.

Why is the Serviceman app not iOS-ready?

The script vendor has not actively optimised the Serviceman build for iOS, so Apple's reviewers occasionally reject it for missing background-location justifications and similar policy items. We surface this before any Apple submission so you can decide whether to publish only the Customer + Provider apps on iOS and keep Serviceman Android-only. We can also do the App Store compliance work as a customisation if needed.

Can a customer choose a specific serviceman they liked last time?

Yes. The script lets customers favourite a serviceman; the booking flow gives priority assignment to favourites within the same provider.

Do I get the source code?

If you provide your legitimately licensed source code, we can deploy the project to your private GitHub repository as part of our technical service — Laravel admin, Flutter apps and customer website. AllsWeb does not supply or redistribute the software itself.

iOS note for the Serviceman app: Demandium's Serviceman app is not iOS-optimised by the script vendor and may face Apple App Store review rejections. We flag this before any iOS submission so you can decide whether to publish only the Customer + Provider apps on iOS.
