- What is a VPS and do I need one?
- A VPS gives you a private slice of a server with dedicated CPU, RAM and storage. Choose it when shared hosting is too limiting but a full dedicated server is more than you need.
- Will I get root access?
- Yes — full root access on every plan. You can install and configure anything, while we still handle provisioning, patching and monitoring if you want.
- Is it managed or unmanaged?
- Managed. We provision, secure, monitor and patch the server. You can still do whatever you like with root — we are a safety net, not a gatekeeper.
- Can you migrate my current server to your VPS?
- Yes. We already run a server and hosting migration service today with a zero-downtime cutover and roll-back plan, and migration help is part of VPS onboarding.
