Connecting it to your AllsWeb account adds what is sold on allsweb.com: **SixPanel Pro** for the AI features, AI credit, temporary addresses for staging sites, problem reports with replies, and addon licences. This page is how to connect, what Pro unlocks, how to try it free for 14 days or redeem a Pro coupon, and what happens when allsweb.com cannot be reached. **You need** - An account on [allsweb.com](https://www.allsweb.com) — free to make. - The panel open on **Settings → AllsWeb account**. --- ## What is free, and what Pro adds **Everything except AI is free**: projects, websites, domains and HTTPS, databases, backups, files, security, monitoring and its alert emails, updates — with no limit and no account. **SixPanel Pro** unlocks the AI features: - **Tia**, the AI assistant — the chat, the **Ask Tia** button on every page, and automations (Tia on a schedule). - **AI analysis of incidents** — what went wrong and the fix, on top of the free monitoring. - **Create with AI / Build with AI** — a website built from your description. - **AI Coding** — a coding program (Claude Code, or Codex with a ChatGPT plan) that changes the code of one project for you, from a chat in the panel. - **AI providers** — AllsWeb AI, or your own (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter …). - **MCP** — your own AI agent (Claude, Cursor …) connected to this server. Pro is **$5 a month** (the price on allsweb.com is the one that counts). The AI requests themselves are paid from your account's **AI credit** — allsweb.com shows what your plan includes. Pro is per account: one Pro covers every server you connect. Without Pro, every AI page still opens and shows what it does, with an upgrade card on it. Nothing you already have is deleted: old conversations stay readable, and you can still stop a running change, say no to a request Tia made, revoke an MCP token or delete a saved API key. ## Connect your AllsWeb account 1. Open **Settings → AllsWeb account** and press **Connect AllsWeb account**. 2. The panel shows a short code in big letters. Press **Open allsweb.com** — it opens in a new tab. 3. Sign in on allsweb.com, check that the code there matches, and press **Approve**. 4. Come back to the panel. It notices by itself within a few seconds. **No password is typed into the panel.** The code is the only thing that crosses over, and it works for 15 minutes. If it runs out, press **Get a new code**. ## What the account card shows - **Connected as** — your name and your email, partly hidden. - **Plan** — **Free**, or a chip for each plan you have: **Pro**, **Managed**, **Priority support**, each with the date it renews — or, for a plan that stops on its own date (the free trial, a coupon's year), the date it ends. On the trial the chip reads **Pro trial**. - **AI credit** — the balance AllsWeb AI spends from. - **Support** — your support level and how soon the first answer comes. The buttons: **Start a 14-day free trial** (only while your account can have one), **Upgrade to Pro**, **Get Managed SixPanel**, **Buy AI credit** and **Manage on AllsWeb** open allsweb.com in a new tab. **Refresh** reads your account again right now — use it after you buy something. **Disconnect** unlinks this server (you are asked first). Under the buttons, **Have a coupon? Redeem it on allsweb.com** opens the page where a Pro coupon is redeemed. It is shown while you have no Pro or are on the free trial, the two cases where a coupon can be redeemed. ## SixPanel Pro Buy it on allsweb.com (**Upgrade to Pro** on any upgrade card, or on the account card), then press **I have upgraded — check again** on the card, or **Refresh** on the account card. The AI features open at once. ## Try Pro free for 14 days An AllsWeb account that has never had Pro — not paid, not complimentary, not a trial, not from a coupon — can try it for 14 days. No card is asked for. 1. On any upgrade card (or on **Settings → AllsWeb account**), press **Start a 14-day free trial**. allsweb.com opens on your account's SixPanel page. 2. Press **Start the 14-day trial** there. The page shows the day it ends. 3. Back in the panel, press **I have started it — check again** on the card. The AI features open at once. While it runs, the AI pages show **Pro trial — ends** with the date, and the account card's plan reads **Pro trial · ends** the same date. **Upgrade to Pro** stays on the card: subscribing during the trial ends the trial that day and starts your paid term, so there is no gap. When the trial ends, Pro stops — nothing is charged, nothing you made is deleted, and every page works as it does without Pro. The Pro card then says **Your Pro trial ended on** the date, with **Upgrade to Pro**. - One trial per account and per email address: a second account on the same mailbox (`you+2@…`, or Gmail with extra dots) does not get another. - If you ordered Pro and have not paid yet, withdraw that order on allsweb.com first. - The trial does not add AI credit. **AllsWeb AI** is paid from your AI credit; your own AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI …) works without it. ## Redeem a Pro coupon A SixPanel Pro coupon gives your account Pro for 12 months, on every server you connect. 1. Open **Settings → AllsWeb account** and press **Redeem it on allsweb.com** (or go to your account's SixPanel page on allsweb.com yourself). 2. Type or paste the code. Upper or lower case, spaces and dashes do not matter. 3. Press **Redeem**. Pro is on until the date it shows; back in the panel, press **Refresh** on the account card. A coupon replaces a free trial that is running — its 12 months start that day. It is refused while a paid, complimentary or coupon Pro is already live: redeem it after that ends. Each coupon can be redeemed once per account and per email address. ## AllsWeb AI With Pro, **AI → Providers** lists **AllsWeb AI** first, with your AI credit beside it. It needs no API key: it uses your AllsWeb account. Press **Choose model**, pick one from the list, and it becomes the default provider for Tia, monitoring and Create with AI. You can still add your own providers and make another one the default. When your AI credit runs out, a request says so — "your AllsWeb AI credit is used up" — with the **Buy AI credit** link. Buy more, or switch to one of your own providers on the same page. ## When allsweb.com cannot be reached The panel checks your account every six hours. If allsweb.com cannot be reached, the panel keeps using the last answer **for up to 7 days**, so a network problem never switches off what you paid for. The account card then says it is showing what allsweb.com said last. After 7 days without an answer, Pro waits until allsweb.com answers again. Nothing that is not AI is ever affected. ## Disconnect **Settings → AllsWeb account → Disconnect.** The AI features stop on this server until you connect again; your plan, your AI credit and your projects are untouched. You can also disconnect a server from your dashboard on allsweb.com. ## If it went wrong | What you see | What to do | |---|---| | "allsweb.com could not be reached from this server" | The server cannot reach the internet, or a firewall blocks it. Check outbound HTTPS, then try again. | | The code expired | Press **Get a new code** and approve it within 15 minutes. | | "The code was denied on allsweb.com" | Someone pressed Deny. Start again with **Connect AllsWeb account**. | | Pro bought, card still shown | Press **I have upgraded — check again**. Payment can take a minute to arrive. | | Trial started, card still shown | Press **I have started it — check again**, or **Refresh** on the account card. | | "You have already had a SixPanel Pro trial" | The trial is once per account and per email address. **Upgrade to Pro** instead. | | "That is not a valid coupon code" | Check the code: 16 letters and digits. The letters I and O and the digits 0 and 1 are never in a code. | | "This coupon has expired", "has been withdrawn" or "has already been redeemed as many times as it allows" | The coupon can no longer be used. Ask whoever gave it to you for a new one. | | "SixPanel Pro is already active on your account" (redeeming a coupon) | Redeem it after your current Pro ends. | | "your AllsWeb AI credit is used up" | **Buy AI credit**, or pick another provider on **AI → Providers**. | A temporary login can look at this page but cannot connect or disconnect the account.
